Crock-Pot Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sliced onion
    1 carrot, cut up
    3 stalks celery, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 lb. steak, cut up in chunks
Preparation
    Put steak in the slow cooker. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours on low, 3 to 5 hours on high.
