Weight Watchers Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. tuna
    2 shakes chili powder
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. brown sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of celery salt
    green pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
