Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar (1 brown, 1 white)
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in greased pan, 9 x 13 x 2-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake is brown and leaves edges of pan.
