Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook zucchini in saucepan with onion in salted water; boil until soft.
Drain.
Combine soup and sour cream; stir in carrots. Fold in squash, onion and cheese.
Combine stuffing and butter. Put 1/2 stuffing mixture in bottom of baking dish; put vegetable mixture over it.
Sprinkle rest of stuffing on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
