Chicken On Sunday - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 fryer, cut up
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan. Heat soups and milk in saucepan.
    Pour over rice.
    Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle onion soup over; seal pan with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
    (No peeking!)
