Heavenly Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 stick margarine
3 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
dash of salt
Preparation

Melt chocolate and margarine in double boiler. Add sugar very slowly. Mixture will be very stiff. Very slowly add milk and salt and continue stirring over heat until smooth. Keeps nicely in refrigerator for days. May be reheated. Make a sandwich of yellow cake and vanilla ice cream and top with fudge sauce.
