Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 lemon rind, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/3 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream margarine and 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs (one at a time), creaming after each addition.
    Add lemon rind.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add, alternating with milk; blend well after each addition.
    Add chopped nuts, if desired.
    Grease long loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Prick bread all over.
