Scalloped Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, disjointed
1/4 lb. sliced bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
bread crumbs
2 tomatoes, sliced
3 potatoes, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Line casserole bottom with bacon.
Add layer of sliced potatoes, then layer of salted chicken, layer of sliced tomatoes, onions and green pepper.
Season to taste.
Repeat until bowl is full.
Pour sour cream over casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours.
