Reuben Muffin Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 English muffins, split and toasted
8 slices corned beef
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese
honey mustard

Preparation

Spread muffin halves with mustard; top with beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
Place on a baking sheet and broil until cheese melts. Cut each muffin into quarters.
Makes 32.
