Spicy Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarse grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. currants or raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Continue beating until foamy, adding zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, nuts and currants; stir into above mixture until blended.
    Divide loaves.
    Bake in greased and floured pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and turn out.
