Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (2 pkg.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 c. cream of chicken soup, don't dilute
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced onion
1 c. grated cheese (sharp/extra sharp)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain.
Beat eggs and mix with soup, mayonnaise, onion, salt, pepper and cheese.
Place broccoli in buttered dish.
Pour sauce over broccoli.
Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
