Hash Brown Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 oz. American cheese, shredded
1/4 c. green onions, sliced (some of green, too)
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Mix potatoes, cheese and onions and put into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour broth over top.
Top with some cheese and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
