Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 loin pork chops
    2 sliced onions
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 can pimentos (with juice)
    1/2 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Brown chops in pan with 1 tablespoon of salt and place in a casserole.
    Mix the sliced onions, green pepper, pimentos, canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
    Place the cooked rice over the casserole.
    Cover and simmer on stove for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
