Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. buttermilk
5 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Parmesan
10 oz. boneless chicken breasts
4 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. each: pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
Preparation

Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness; sprinkle both sides with flour.
In small bowl, mix milk and cheese.
Mix crumbs and seasonings on wax paper.
Dip chicken in milk, then coat both sides with crumbs.
Fry in oil or bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes per side.
Serves 4.
