Antipasto Party Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 pepperoncini peppers, stemmed and drained (about 1/3 c.)
1 c. light dairy sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. thinly sliced salami, chopped
1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
Preparation

Chop pepperoncini in food processor.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder and garlic powder.
Process until well blended.
Stir in salami and olives.
Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
