Marshmallow Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    10 marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil
    sugar,
    syrup, salt and water until it forms soft ball in\tcold
    water.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Continue beating and
    pour
    syrup over egg whites slowly.
    Take 3 or 4 minutes longer, then add vanilla and marshmallows and continue beating until icing forms peak when lifted with a spoon, about 4 minutes. Makes enough for a large 3 layer cake.
