Fried Won Ton - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped shrimp or prawns
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    dash of ground ginger
    2 drops sesame oil (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt or 1/2 tsp. or more High Trails seasoning
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    crushed red pepper (optional)
    1 pkg. won ton skins
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except won tons skins and egg. Chill for 1/2 hour.
    Place about 1 teaspoon or less of meat in a corner of the won
    ton skin.
    Fold skin over meat, about 1/3 of the way to the
    opposite
    corner.
    Put
    the
    egg in a small bowl and mix with a fork.
    Using your finger, dip into egg and spread
    on the won ton skin over the seam.
    This keeps the oil out
    of
    the meat. Fry in a Dutch oven with oil over a medium heat.
    You
    want
    the filling to cook, but you don't want the won
    ton
    skin
    to burn. Serve with hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce.
