Salmon Rice Bake For Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. instant (Minute) rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cover and microwave until rice is tender, about 6 to 7 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
