Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw zucchini, sliced thin and quartered
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
    dash of garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper and oregano
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Bake in a large pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
