Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 25 lb. tomatoes
    1 1/2 onions, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    3 to 5 hot peppers
    1/8 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes and onions in food processor.
    In large pot, mix all ingredients together.
    Boil 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir frequently so it doesn't scorch.
    Seal in jars and place in hot bath for about 15 minutes.
