Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (7 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. cornmeal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, sour cream, oil and corn. Blend cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
    Combine the two and mix well.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Serve warm.
    Reheats very well.
