Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. prepared instant potatoes
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder (if not self-rising flour)
    2 whole eggs
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk and let cool.
    Make instant potatoes and let cool. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Beat eggs in large bowl. Add sugar, salt and Crisco; then blend with mixer.
    While blending, add yeast, potatoes and scalded milk.
    Slowly add flour to mix while
    mixing.
    When mixture is thick and tacky, set in warm water, covered with damp cloth for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Makes about 1 dozen.
