Strawberry Angel Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked angel food cake
    2 tsp. gelatin
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    juice from 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 pt. whipping cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add juice from berries; heat, bringing to a boil.
    Cool.
    Cut the cake into squares.
    Put 1/2 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Whip 1 pint whipping cream.
    Add sugar.
    Fold in berries and gelatin mixture.
    Put 1/2 of this over cake in pan. Repeat with other 1/2 of cake and cream mixture.
    Served with whipped cream.
    Refrigerate.
