Ingredients

3 eggs
1 stick margarine
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust
Preparation

Melt margarine; add eggs, sugar, buttermilk and vanilla.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
