Gazpacho(Cold Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tomatoes
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 small green ??? , chopped fine
1 garlic clove, pressed (optional)
1/4 c. olive oil (optional)
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Tabasco sauce to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Blend all ingredients and refrigerate in covered container for several hours.
