Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked/mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo (melted)
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick oleo or butter (melted)
Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, 1 stick oleo, eggs,
and vanilla together and
pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish
Mix brown sugar, pecans flour, and 1/2 stick of oleo together and spread on top of potatoes.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
