1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped until stiff
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs and pecans.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
Add salt to whites, then add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in vanilla, then fold egg whites mixture into crumb mixture.
