Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks oleo, melted
6 c. scalded milk
16 c. flour (approximately)
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix yeast and sugar well.
Stir in warm water (not too hot). Set aside until becomes spongy.
In large bowl, beat the eggs.
Add sugar and salt; beat well.
Pour in milk and oleo; mix well.
Add 3 cups flour and stir.
Pour in yeast and 2 cups flour; beat well. Beat in flour to medium stiff dough.
Turn onto floured surface; knead 3 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl; turn to coat.
Cover and let rise until doubled in volume.
