Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer or 6 chicken breasts
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. chicken bouillon or broth
    2 c. onion soup mix and water
    margarine (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix rice, chicken broth and onion soup mix in baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of mixture.
    Put dabs of margarine on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
