Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breast halves with bone, skin removed
    1 (4 oz.) jar baby food apricots
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking pan. Mix apricots and mustard.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake covered for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Baste and bake 10 more minutes, uncovered.
    Yields 2 servings (easily doubled or tripled).
    Never make just 2 servings of this, you'll want leftovers.
