Buttermilk Cake With Fresh Grated Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Put all ingredients into mixing bowl (except eggs).
Beat until creamy, then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Divide batter into two cake pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool.
