Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk or plain milk
1 stick melted margarine
vegetables (if wanted)
Preparation

Boil chicken and cut off bones.
Place chicken in shallow pan (9 x 13-inches).
Mix chicken broth and soup together.
Pour over chicken.
(Add vegetables if wanted.)
Mix flour, milk and melted margarine together.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until brown.
