Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter cut into squares
1/2 cup unsifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 to 4 cups fresh fruit or berries
Preparation

Dot bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 baking dish with butter.
In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.
Pour on butter and spoon fruit over all, allowing space for dough to bubble up. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
