Chicken And Rice(Serves 4.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2/3 c. regular rice
    16 oz. bag large frozen vegetable mix (i.e., cauliflower, broccoli and carrots)
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 can Durkee french-fried onions (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces (enough to serve 4) in an 8 x 12-inch casserole pan.
    Cover chicken with Italian dressing.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove chicken from pan.
    Place rice in drippings in pan.
    On top of rice, place frozen vegetables. Mix Italian seasonings with chicken broth or bouillon and put over rice and vegetables . Place chicken over rice mixture.
