Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran or bran flakes
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. sifted flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn oil
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix together and then add to the bran mixture the corn oil, eggs and buttermilk.
    Stir all well.
    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    (The dough can be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.)
    Can do ahead.
    Yield:
    6 dozen.
