Garden Fresh Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
    4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Place
    potatoes and water in 3-quart pan until potatoes are tender;
    drain.
    Heat
    process cheese spread according to label directions.
    Gently
    stir together the potatoes, cheese mixture and
    vegetables in a 3-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High
    2
    to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Serves 6 to 8.
