Farmers' Corn Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    2 c. drained canned corn kernels or fresh corn kernels, cooked and cut from cob
Preparation
    Stir
    together\tflour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
    In another bowl blend eggs, milk and butter together.
    Add to
    flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
    Gently
    fold in corn.
    To cook pour about 1/4 cup\tof batter into a hot lightly greased skillet.\tCook until golden brown on both sides.
