Chicken Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    4 oz. can chopped pimento
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine soup, flour, onion and milk.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in 1 cup cheese until melted.
    Stir in peas, chicken, pimento, salt and pepper.
    Heat through.
    Place in 8 or 9-inch baking dish.
    Place biscuits on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, until golden brown.
