Connie'S Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 vanilla wafers
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put vanilla wafers in cupcake or muffin pan (be sure to use cupcake liners).
    Whip remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Drop mixture on top of wafers.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool and top with pie filling of your choice.
    Refrigerate.
