Italian Spaghetti And Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 large cloves garlic, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste (small)
    3 cans water (use tomato paste can to measure)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 bunch parsley or 2 c. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until clear.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cook with lid off center for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add meat balls.
    Cook 1 more hour.
