Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil or applesauce
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Place in greased Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
