Muffin Toppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 English muffin, split and toasted
    1/2 c. chopped or 2 slices cooked ham
    1/2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend butter and mustard.
    Spread on muffin halves. Divide ham between muffins.
    Top with cheese.
    Place on microproof plate.
    Cook on 50% for 2 minutes.
    Let stand 1 minute before serving.
