Glorious Morning Muffin(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oat bran
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 eggs (Egg Beaters)
    3/4 lb. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine
    bran,\tbaking powder, cinnamon, nuts, allspice and soda.
    Add\tremaining
    ingredients.
    Stir
    only until just well combined.
    Spoon
    into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Watch closely so they don't scorch.
