Peaches And Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. orange juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. whipped topping mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add orange juice.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Prepare topping mix according to package directions.
    Blend in cheese.
    Stir in pecans.
    Fold into gelatin mixture and pour into an 8 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
