Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

4 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. coarsely chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz. size)
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Preparation

Melt margarine and cook zucchini and onion in a 10-inch skillet until tender.
Add the next 5 ingredients to mixture.
In bowl, mix eggs and Mozzarella cheese.
Add zucchini, etc., to this and mix. In baking dish, press over bottom and up sides to form crust the dinner rolls.
Dump zucchini and cheese mixture in and bake 18 to 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
Knife inserted in middle should come out clean.
