Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can creamy onion soup
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions, pepper and celery in saucepan. Drain. Add to cooked rice and canned soup.
    Mix well. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
