Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 10 inch pie crust--2 needed
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
4 Tbsp water
Preparation

Measure flour and shortening into bowl.
Cut shortening into flour.
When mixed well add water one tablespoon at a time until flour is moistened and dough cleans of side of bowl.
Form into ball on a floured pastry cloth and flatten.
Roll out dough to fit into a pan.
Fold into quarters and unfold in pan.
Sprinkle inside of dough with cinnamon.
