Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 medium onion, chopped
    sour cream
    1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large jar salsa to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add spices and onion.
    Cook for 3 minutes. Set aside to drain.
    Mix salsa and tomato sauce together into a bowl.
    Spray sides of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Line with tortilla. Spread with beans and dollop with sauce, sour cream and shredded cheese.
    Place another layer of tortilla.
    Put on a layer of meat mixture and repeat with more beans and meat as long as they last. Save enough sauce and Cheddar cheese to top dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
