Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/8 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Knead lightly; roll out.
    Cut.
    Put in greased pan. Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
