Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 carton nonfat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 to 1 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat
1 to 2 chopped celery stalks
1 c. frozen peas, rinsed and drained in hot water
1 to 2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add lemon juice and buttermilk and blend thoroughly.
Place in bowl.
Add crab meat, celery and frozen peas.
Mix thoroughly.
